What does the light on my guitar-tuner mean? (Ibanez 12-string electric acoustic)?

I borrowed an Ibanez 12-string electric acoustic guitar from a friend a few days ago, and it has an inbuilt tuner. I've tried it before, and I know how to use it to tune the guitar. But every time I try to use it, the green light keeps flashing! I tried to change the batteries, but it doesn't help. Does anybody know what's wrong?

What's the closest thing to guitar center in Fargo, ND?

I may be doing some guitar/bass shopping down there and I'm wondering what the store with the biggest selection of Fender/Gibson/Epiphone instruments is, ie the closest thing to guitar center in Fargo. I'm hoping for somewhere with amps out so you can try the guitars.
I don't want to buy online because I like going to GC and being able to actually feel how the guitar plays.

Rockband or guitar hero 4 for ps3 or wii?

I have a ps3 and wii. I already have guitar hero 3 for the wii. I don't know whether I should get Rockband for ps3 or wait for the wii version to come out. I'm pretty sure I can't use my existing guitar from guitar hero 3 with the wii rockband game when it comes out. Would it make more sense to get rockband for ps3 since I don't have to wait and it has better graphics or stick with the wii? Or should I just dump the idea of rockband and wait for guitar hero 4? If I should get guitar hero 4, then for which console should I get it for? wii or ps3? And can you use the existing guitar from gh3 with gh4 when it comes out or do I have to buy a new one?
Please answer all questions. best answer will be given to whoever provides most useful advice and answers the most sub questions as they can.

I would get it for the ps3. It has excellent downloadable content and is just a lot of fun. You would be able to use your GH3 guitar with rockband, definitely...and then use the guitar that comes with rockband as a bass for a friend when they come over. If you plan on playing with a lot of people, rockband is your best choice. It's a lot of fun, and of course, you can always play solo. I would imagine that you would still be able to use your GH3 guitar with GH4, I doubt they'd make it so that you'd have to buy another guitar. Stick with PS3 for GH4...that's just my recommendation!

how do you read guitar tabs and how do you know how much times to hit a certain note?

well, I got a guitar and I want to learn to play a certain song, but every time I look for a internet guitar tab I don't know how to read it. The tab shows me numbers and strings but I don't know how much times to strum that note or what kind of fret is it. Please help!

well to me if you spent a lot money on your guitar then i think u should mess around with it for a few weeks then go take lesson...cause i just bought a guitar too about month ago and i just mess around with it....then i started taking lesson yesterday was my 3 lesson and i learn how to read music notes instead of tabs but i know how to read tab...but if you want to be good and be in the band or something then take lesson will be the best.....cause usually people don't play tabs only chords or notes.....but here

ok.... the numbers one each lines tells u what fret you have to push in and if the number is the that string which mean that u have to play that string for example do u see the first one low e and do u see number 5 which mean that you have to play the highest string which is the thinnest string on ur guitar and hold down the fifth fret....kind of understand?
